Analysis & Planning
Whatever the scale or the entity of the design
project is, we analyze elements related to the project such as client industry and culture, brand identity, location and nature of the work, and project requirements. This knowledge allows us to create multiple strategic solutions to satisfy the client's needs.

Schematic Design
Through the constant synergy and collaboration of our creative and construction teams,
we ensure the feasibility of the design from
the early stage. Cost control, material sourcing,
and construction realization methods are reviewed by the team's experts, during the Schematic Design phase who investigate and provide alternative solutions and design options.

Design Development
Our dedicated engineering and PM team provides technical support for the design development and construction documentation.
Through on-site inspections and project management tools, we establish transparent and clear coordination between the design teams, the general contractor, and the client.
